Rogger was a Skandian man and a member of the Hallasholm Town Watch. He was tragically murdered alongside Tegar by El Despiadado's Iberians, who silently ambushed the two guards and stabbed them to death.

History[]

Rogger was born presumably in Hallasholm and eventually joined the Skandia capital's Defence Force, apparently becoming aquinted with Erak Starfollower in the process. Rogger eventually married an unknown woman, with whom he seemingly had a close, loving relationship with, although it is unknown if any children were born from the union.

The Stern Chase[]

As Hallasholm celebrated the engagement of Ingvar and Lydia Demarek, the patrol's numbers, who was commonly four, was cut down to Rogger and Tegar, who remained on duty, keeping watch over the harbour and its contents.

Tragically, this sense of duty that sealed the two loyal guards' fates. For while the town slept, Iberian corsairs under the control of El Despiadado, intending to seize the prize of the Sea Wolf fleet: Wolfwind. Sabotaging the rest of the Wolfships, the pirates took Rogger and Tegar by surprise and seemingly ambushed them, stabbing them to death and leaving their lifeless corpses to be found by the community, Rogger staring blank-eyed up at the sky ten metres from his companion, his last sight no doubt being the faces of his murderers. Upon discovering, Rogger's body was surrounded by his grieving family, his sobbing wife kneeling next to her fallen consort as she mourned him.

Rogger and Tegar's demises were avenged by Erak and the Heron brotherband when they captured the Iberians and brought them to Sonderland for trial and convicted hanging.
