Richard is one of the senior members of the watch in Wensley Village.
History[]
He appears very briefly in the Lost Stories: Dinner for Five and helps with the opperation to capture the thieves who broke into the silversmith's shop and stole the jewelry. He is a good friend of the man in charge of the shop, Ambrose Shining.
He serves under Walter who is the village constable.
