The Hilfmann is one of the advisors and the main administrator of the Oberjarl, the elected leader of Skandia. He works in the Main Hall in Hallasholm. The main task of a Hilfmann is governing taxes and laws.
Borsa is the only known hilfmann, having served both Oberjarls Ragnak and Erak.
