Flanagan Wiki:Formatting

To keep consistency, Flanagan Wiki has simple formats that should be followed on various articles. Headings and sub-headings should be arranged in the order listed. Articles that are not about any of the listed topics may follow a unique format.

Articles are generally written in past tense because there is no omnivalent present time in the world from the readers' point of view. However, for real world articles, as well as all book and chapter summaries, present tense is used.

References should use the template {{reflist}}. They can be organized into one, two, or three columns. If there are a large number of references, place the reflist inside {{Scroll}}, like so: {{Scroll|{{reflist}}}}

The references themselves should be written using template {{B}}.
