Carrie Clover was kidnapped by Jory Ruhl, other wise known as the Stealer in The Night, who used scare tactics to keep children silent. Carrie lived in the town of Danver's Crossings. She was 14 years old when caught, and was one of the oldest kids captured. Later, she and the other children were saved by Will and Maddie. Carrie was often mistreated by her father, which is why she was chosen by Ruhl to be captured. It is unknown what became of her, although, given her mistreatment at home, it is likely her parents were confronted by Will to ensure that she was better treated.
